We photograph the empty property, then share an amazing portfolio of rooms and styles. Once you’ve selected your options, our talented group of 3D CGI artists use the latest and greatest Hollywood techniques and software to magically furnish your space!
• Room needs to be vacant, we add the furniture!
• Room needs to be clean, as if we’re going to photograph it (because we will!)
• Once we’ve got the “empty room” images ready, we’ll share a library of virtual staging settings.
